Most painful acrylic nail removal in my life. I had my nails for a little while and was just looking for a place close to home to get my acrylics off asap. She literally took a nail tip from the box and went under my acrylic nail and ripped them off which is most definitely not normal, safe or sanitary procedure. Only good thing was it was quick to request an appointment, nail tech was nice.
2 days only and gel nail polish was already ripped off. So disappointed🥲
My daughter has visited them plenty of times but today sadly when she went they started lying about their prices my daughter did a manicure and a pedicure and my wife did a pedicure and they lied and said 275$ which was a lie as we discussed and we found out it was actually 175$ and we paid it finally after all those lies they made up. BE AWARE OF LIES I recommend for you to discuss with them the price before going bc they always lie and make up new prices.
They do what you ask,no magic, just nails. At $50 for a pedicure, you’d think they might throw in a champagne glass , but nope! It’s tight and busy, kind of like getting your nails done in a hallway at a mall lol. As for communication… good luck. No French, barely any English—it’s like playing charades with nail polish. If you’re just in it for the quick fix and don’t mind a little chaos, it’ll do the trick
