I went in on a last minute to get some color on my natural nails. I wanted to preserve my natural length as much as possible but she cut them so short 😒. They came out nice with the shellac and bio gel to protect my natural nails but remain disappointed with the length they're at. I did tell her, but she insisted it was because of the gel.
It's my second time at Ongles Ste-Dorothee. Both times I did a bio gel manicure with Jubee. I am a picky customer and WOW!! Jubee delivered exactly what I asked for each time! She's extremely gentle and perfectionnist. I never felt like she rushed the job during busy hours. Definitely becoming a regular customer. In these pictures I did half almond/ half pointed shape. I mixed 2 colors: T69 love is in the bare (neutral tone), and S86 bubble bath (milky pink). Love how the color changes in different lightings.
Love their pedicure services but for manicure shellac I had a bad experience. The service was rushed and she skipped some steps in the procedure so disappointing
