I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I had an appointment booked for 1:30 pm and had confirmed all my details over the phone. When I arrived, the man at reception — the same person who originally took my appointment — told me it was actually scheduled for 1:00 pm. He then claimed they had tried calling me, but admitted he had dialed the wrong number. The lack of professionalism was unbelievable. He first asked me to come back three and a half hours later.
