I went to this salon for the first time and honestly, I’m very disappointed. The service was disrespectful. The nail technician was holding my hands very tightly and even hurt my finger. She didn’t disinfect the tools or my hands until I asked her myself, and on top of that, she gave me an annoyed and rude look. The equipment did not seem clean at all, which is really concerning. Also, the color is already starting to come off on the very first day. I will never go back and I do not recommend this place to anyone.
I always have a pleasant experience. My nails always looks amazing I see a nail tech named Claire and she's kind and does a great job on my acrylics. I see Andy for a pedicure and he's awesome too! Great massage with the pedicure!
I had my nails done here today — dip on my fingernails and shellac on my toenails — and unfortunately the quality was very disappointing. (Will remove this review if I get a few of charge fix) Within hours of leaving the salon, several of my fingernails were already uneven and showing signs of lifting, and my toenail polish began peeling.
