Very disappointed with Ongles Queen in Gatineau. Most of the staff here are extremely unprofessional and show zero respect toward clients. The atmosphere feels rushed and careless, and customer service is seriously lacking. The only reason I’m even giving one star is because of Crystal. She’s the only technician here who does quality work and treats clients with kindness and professionalism. If you have to go to this salon, make sure you book with Crystal, she’s the only one who deserves your business.
I’m a regular customer here who has always received wonderful service from all the staff!! Today I witnessed a totally disrespectful customer with no manners, yelling while the staff tried everything to satisfy and truthfully just seemed like they were trying not to pay. Sad to see people being this disrespectful towards others!!!! Need to be careful when reading reviews people!
