I visited this salon today to have my dip nails removed due to upcoming travel for work. Unfortunately, the staff seemed rushed because they had many appointments at the same time. I noticed right after that the dip was not fully removed, as there was still residue and thick layers on my nails. I paid for the removal service and reached out to the salon to address the issue.
