I’m very disappointed with my experience here. I went to get my nails done about two months ago and it was a horrible experience. The acrylic application was extremely messy and during the appointment my nails actually started bleeding. Within 24 hours the nails had already lifted and were burning. I returned to the salon more than three times to try to fix the issue, but they refused to give me a refund. so my friend went here to get her nails done, they pretty much scammed her, and like not even a day later her nails were burning and bleeding, she went back for a refund they said no and told her to leave. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT!!! you need customer service ASAP

Tom did an amazing job on my nails. It was clean, precise, and exactly what I wanted. Super professional and friendly. Highly recommend him at Ongles Queen.

J’ai beaucoup aimé mon expérience la dernière fois avec Tom. Comme d’habitude, je n’ai jamais été déçu de ce salon car j’y vais ça fait 4 ans. Je n’avais qu’une 1h15 pour faire mes ongles car j’avais un rendez-vous après et Tom s’est occupé de mes pieds et de mes ongles très rapidement mais avec beaucoup de délicatesse et de professionnalisme! Merci beaucoup! Très satisfaite! Je recommande
