I think this is one of the worst distributors I've ever dealt with! After meeting Émilie at the Montreal show, I bought a resin and powder starter kit on March 8th. On March 10th, I tried to contact them by phone to let them know I hadn't received my invoices by email as agreed, but got no response. I messaged them on Facebook and Instagram, still no reply to this day! My colleague contacted them through the automated system on their website, and still no call back. It's been almost 10 years now that the creator of this wonderful salon/distribution center has been my technician. I met her when she herself was working in another salon. I saw her go through one step after another on her journey to finally be able to open her own salon. I recommend ongle pop's to all those who want to have unique nails that make as much of a reaction as beautiful clean hands. Those who want to perfect their technique with training and or those who want to buy super good products!!!

I took the resin and powder training course with Emilie (the owner) and I highly recommend it! She's attentive, dedicated, and has plenty of content. She's incredibly passionate, gives great advice, and answers questions. It was perfect, super interesting, and constructive!

I've been getting my nails done by Émilie for almost 10 years now, and she's the best of the best! Her customer service and client interaction are excellent; you feel listened to, and the atmosphere is always fun! I highly recommend everyone come and visit her salon! 10 out of 10
