I came to do a bio gel refill on Friday July 4th and my nails are chipping and weren’t painted properly at all. Poor service, horrible quality products and $70 for a poorly done refill is outrageous. I have dents in my nails the polish is dumpy. NEVER AGAIN

I came in for a manicure and pedicure shellac on Thursday, and by Friday, I knew something was very wrong. My sock was soaked with blood and yellow discharge, and it became obvious I had developed an infection. I went to a walk-in clinic where the doctor confirmed the infection and it was caused by unsanitary practices during the pedicure. I’ve been unable to walk since Thursday due to the pain and swelling, and now I’m on antibiotics. It’s completely unacceptable.
