Excellent customer service! The owner was very kind and made sure everything was fixed. The younger Anna did an amazing job on my shellac. She was gentle, patient, and very detail oriented. My nails look beautiful! I will definitely come back.

I’m extremely disappointed with this salon. I paid for a manicure shellac, but I honestly don’t feel like I received a proper manicure at all. The nail technician was working on my nails while also doing another client’s nails at the same time. She kept going back and forth between us, and my service felt rushed from beginning to end. My cuticles were barely cleaned, there was almost no nail preparation, and the shellac was applied carelessly. When I got home, my mother was shocked when she saw my nails.
