I regret going to Carmen Tasse. She gave me one price during consultation making me believe that I wouldn't have to pay any more. The ink didn't stay and when I went for the second session she waited until after she finished the tattoo to bring up payment, waiting until then to tell me that she'll need 3 to 4 more sessions and $1500 to see any real result.
