Needs to retire!!! On my blood test results he put that I was Caucasian even though I had just told him I was African American. He almost got me fired because he didn't fax paper work that my job needed faxed though he said he did. He doesn't listen all he does is smacks his lips and say I don't know I don't know. He has done absolutely nothing to help me and has tortured me about my BP being 130/80 as if it was the worst thing ever and gave me anxiety over it till I talked to other doctor's. Dr. Ong has been my PCP since I 've lived in Virginia. He is culturally sensitive, takes his time while explaining test results, his treatment plan and doesn't just throw medication at me. I began to be very impressed with him when I needed blood work done to check for over all health...he explained every single item on the labs and showed me comparison from previous labs.
