If you can't contact them....why try to do business with them?! I could not contact them by phone (other than leaving a message in the general mail box) nor email. Is this a legit operation or a fraud?
I worked for OnForce back in 2011. I accidentally put a prepaid label on a package that was suppose to have a different one. I caught it on the 2nd package. Because of this they closed my account. I called the company but, they were unable to do anything to have it rerouted. Even with all these documents they still wouldn’t help fix that simple issue
