Sad to leave a bad review because this used to be my go to boba place. Quality has gone down hill over the past year. Boba is a nasty mush, drinks are overly sweet even though I indicated 1/4 sweetness, almost undrinkable. For the prices they’re charging (almost 8 dollars for tea!!!) the drinks are not worth it. Will be looking for a new go to boba place unfortunately.
Ordered 0 sweetness but the drink still had an artificially sweet taste? Also the order came out in quite literally less than 5 seconds so probably using powdered flavoring instead of actual milk. They also will not let you use the bathroom even if you buy something.
