Elizabeth Nicassio never followed up on a business request from a few days ago. I emailed and received an auto-response that she will be out of the office until Jan 2. Not even the courtesy to direct me to someone else before taking off. Horrible customer service. She holds the position of Vice President and Financial Sales Manager.
Tried calling the branch today and had to call four times before someone answered the phone. I wanted to speak to a Manager but both were in a meeting. So after spending 15 minutes to get answers to questions, I have not. So far, not good. Imagine a bank not answering their phone.
Kind people. My favorite bank i been going to for 5 years. Victoria is my favorite!☺
