**Extremely Rude Teller at First Citizens Bank, Westlake, CA** My husband had a terrible experience at the First Citizens Bank in Westlake, CA, primarily due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of the tellers. When he attempted to deposit a cashier’s check issued by the same bank, the teller immediately began treating him with disrespect. Extremely rude tellers, not helpful or welcoming. I was humiliated and dismissed. In many different ways. Not to mention their outdated system and poor customer service make me never want to bank here again.
I’ve been banking with them since they were One West and have struggled with their poor online portal. Maybe that’s better now that it is changed to First Citizens. However, very slow service is a continued issue, and there are never any lines! It’s just them processing things. Not sure why. I decided to close my accounts, and it took 50 minutes.
