Very nice smaller type friendly attentive service. We don’t feel unknown like in the “big box” banks. Always greeted by name.
I've been a customer for about a year. I picked them because they are the closest to my house. I own a business & as a result I need to go into the bank a few days a week. My first issue is that every time I go in, one of the employees says 'you're here again?' One of the times, I was withdrawing money & the teller forgot to give me my cash, so I walked back to remind him. As I was doing so, the manager said 'oh my god, go home already!'
