Andy did a great job! He was able to come out quickly and did a thorough inspection for mice. He took pictures and showed me the areas around my home that needed to be addressed. He came out to do the work several days later. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. I’d recommend him for all your wild life concerns.

Andy at One Way Services was one of the folks we called in mid-September, 2025, when we realized squirrels had gotten into our attic in Stallings. He came to inspect our attic, our soffits, roof, etc a couple of days later and located several places where the squirrels had gotten in. Andy resolved and repaired squirrel issues in our attic. He did a thorough investigation all around the house. He corrected all areas where squirrels could gain entry. He was prompt and kept us notified of all repairs. He provided photos of the affected areas as well. I would highly recommend.

From the first time I called Andy, he promptly responded and scheduled an inspection. After the inspection, he got a treatment plan and shared it with me as well as providing pictures. He was the only one out of four other businesses that actually found the issue. He completed the exclusion and cleaned and disinfected the areas today. If you’re needing help with any critters, look no further. Call him! His transparency and dependability are unmatched.

Andy from One Way Service got rid of our squirrel problem. We found the company page as a Reccomended page on the NextDoor app. I text him and he responded the same day. Andy located multiple entry points, sealed them and then get this! He put a ONE WAY out metal cage over one of the holes so the squirrels could exit. Just in case any got scared and hid in our walls. He came back several days later and sealed the final exit with metal. -quality service -reasonable price -excellent business I confidently recommend
