Great gym, reasonable prices, strongman/ powerlifting/ CrossFit oriented with a solid community. Came here while I was on my way to visit family and the staff was super nice and friendly. The equipment is pretty solid, a power lifters dream, they have pneumatic accessory equipment. They also have a bunch of amenities and even have Gatorade on tap😅. Will come again if I’m in the area
Attended the Oneup Barbell Bash, watched about 30 competitors, several of them made new state records! Had a great time. the $10. entry fee was well worth it!
