Attended the Oneup Barbell Bash, watched about 30 competitors, several of them made new state records! Had a great time. the $10. entry fee was well worth it!
I've been to legitimately every gym in Lincoln, and one ups atmosphere and vibe have made the other ones unvisitable, Matt is the dude and pretty much all the huge guys will give you pointers if you ask, my bench has gone up 50+ lbs in the 8 months I've been here....plus cold plunge if your brave enough
