Recently canceled my membership. The gym is friendly and has for the most part good equipment, but had three major drawbacks. 1. Started to smell. Seemed like there was a floating odor every time I went. 2. Music was a bit excessive. A lot of the time people would be in there playing at full blast. 3. Equipment seemed to break and take a while to replace. Finally, I think the gym is a bit costly, not outrageous, but not cheap. Overall, if you are big power lifter and/or CrossFit, great gym. Great gym, reasonable prices, strongman/ powerlifting/ CrossFit oriented with a solid community. Came here while I was on my way to visit family and the staff was super nice and friendly. The equipment is pretty solid, a power lifters dream, they have pneumatic accessory equipment. They also have a bunch of amenities and even have Gatorade on tap😅. Will come again if I’m in the area
Attended the Oneup Barbell Bash, watched about 30 competitors, several of them made new state records! Had a great time. the $10. entry fee was well worth it!
