I am truly disturbed by the level of service i have received at this institution. It all began with a hardship withdrawal I had to make from my retirement account. I asked for a deposit form from one united so the money could be direct deposited because it was for 8000 and i live out of state. I didn't want to deal with protracted hold times due to the payment being needed for an emergency medical procedure. The form they sent was blurry and looked as if i had been printed from a printer.
