I overpaid for the consultation on their portal by accident and instead of refunding me his billing department is arguing I never paid at all. I have bank statements to prove the payment as well as confirmation verbally from the bank. I don’t like to feel taken advantage of. I wouldn’t entrust someone with a 7k retainer when they don’t even have record of my 600.00 consultation fee that was paid..?
