If you're looking for a Tex-Mex restaurant with tasty birria, excellent corn tortillas, delightful pork, and chicken that could be better, you have found it at One Taco Taqueria. The street tacos are delicious and the salsa is nice and spicy.
We came here on a food tour earlier in the day & my 14 year old son said the Gringa taco we had was the best taco he had ever had. He loved it so much that he asked to come back 5 hours later for dinner & put away 3 more “Gringas”. We also got more Gringas & 3 other different tacos & all were delicious. Had 2 frozen margaritas with Tajin & they were refreshing. 8 tacos , 2 margaritas & a Mexican Coke was $55. A lot of bang for your buck. Did not disappoint.

You want authentic tacos with handmade tortillas? Looking for that perfect birria? Want to add a touch with some house made salsa's? But also don't want to spend a fortune to get all that? Then this is the place to go. My wife got the birria quesadilla and wow was it full of flavor. The Al Pastor that I got was delicious but seriously that birria was next level. I wish I lived in Austin because I would be back often.
