I was not impressed with the clinic from our first visit a couple months ago. We got a puppy just before Covid hit and we didn't get him his shots (Yes, I know we're awful pet parents). We went in to get shots a couple months ago and were taken to a small room (no biggie, its a small clinic), however, staff kept going through our room to an office and no one acknowledged we were sitting in there (one of which, we found out, was the vet). Love the doctors and staff! They take time to make sure our 2 dogs get the best diagnosis and treatments as well as shots & heart worm prevention!
We brought our dog in after she had been attacked by some dogs and the doctor and girls were so kind and efficient. Best Vet around!
We had been happy with this clinic until today. My dog needed her nails clipped and we took her there as we have in the past. However, this time was a totally different experience. The person who was cutting her nails, Dr. Bremer never acknowledged my dog or my daughter who took her. In addition, they were rough and made 3 of her nails bleed.
