Would highly recommend, no hassles for me
Shipping and delivery is clearly still an issue for them. If you order something, you get a confirmation and tracking number almost instantly which typically indicates your item is there and being prepped. Then you get notices that there is a delay in shipping and you are given a new estimated delivery date. A week or so later, you get a notice that your order is cancelled and a refund is being issued out of the blue.
Website lies about shipping time, when i ordered my hat it said i would have it by Wednesday (today) but when i received my tracking number it said I’ll get it Thursday. It’s not a big deal but you guys should really work on your shipping

I ordered 2 items on Monday and they said free 2 day shipping. It was shipped on Tuesday and it is now after 4pm on Saturday and still nothing and they were suppose to be Christmas gifts. Ordered something from target on Thursday and that has already arrived with their “free 2 day shipping”. So what gives! Very dissatisfied with this company as their free 2 day shipping isn’t what they say it is.
Ordered “free 2 day rush” based on a sponsored ad. Item is not coming with customer service response that “I should have known “wouldn’t ship until the Monday after the order. The game is Saturday. Disappointed prior to response. Now angry. Bad customer service !
