Called Onesource for a structural inspection last week. Responsive, knowledgable, and helped me feel much more comfortable about my foundational issue providing good recommendations for me
After my contractor backed out at the last minute, this engineering team stepped in and completely saved the project. They moved quickly, worked directly with the city, and handled everything professionally from start to finish. Thanks to their responsiveness and expertise, I was able to pass final inspection within just a few days after engaging them. I highly recommend them.
Very reliable service, they did a basement finish for me and an outdoor patio. I am very happy with the way it turned out.
Excellent reviews, but my experience was zilch. Set up two appointments and was a no show for both appointments. First appointment I contacted him at the time of the appointment and he said he had an emergency. We rescheduled and the second appointment he did not show, nor did he call me. I called twice, left one voicemail, sent two texts. No reply, no explanation, Nothing. I know he saw the text. I will look elsewhere.
