Onerail sucks.
I purchased an item from AAFES on July 4, 2024 and paid a $300 delivery fee. My item was to be delivered on Saturday July 6, 2024. The company One Rail said they did not have any drivers because most of them had taken the weekend off. We agree to deliver it on Monday, July 8, 2024. I called at 11:30am and they said the item was picked up at 9:30am and should be delivered by 3:00pm. Nothing! I called at 5:15pm to see what the ETA is. I’m then told that the driver went to pickup my item at 2:45pm. He did not have the proper ID... read more
