My granddaughter has been scheduled as a new patient, twice. The first visit wouldn’t connect with the provider on our end so we had to reschedule, for 2 months later. They scheduled her with 2 different providers at the same time, weird but okay. Finally the day comes for the second (new patient) appointment and we’re connected and waiting for the provider(s) to connect, we bounced back and forth between both and waited twenty minutes and no one joined.
