I’ve been training with Jeff for the past 3 months using EMS suits and the results have been incredible! I feel amazing and am noticing muscle strength in my abs and other areas that I’ve never felt before. Jeff is a fantastic trainer who really listens and accommodates my specific needs. If you’re looking for an effective workout with a knowledgeable and supportive trainer, I highly recommend working with Jeff!

You can tell Jeff is extremely passionate about this type of training so it was only natural for me to get excited about it too.
