Quick response to questions and always able to reach someone by phone or email! I was hesitant about renting — needing repairs and not being able to get them done, it that was not the case here at all! Property Frameworks was awesome to work with!
They don’t deserve 1 star. If you are a property owner or looking to rent a property they manage in the Dallas area I would steer clear of this company. What a joke! Dealing with this group is like a three ring circus. As a property owner and from what my tenants have reported, I have terminated the contract with ONEprop. BEWARE IF YOU RENT FRON CROWN. Please take a look at all the YELP reviews; BBB reports and just ask around. They are good in the beginning, but if you decide to move they take all of your security deposit. READ THE LEASE IN DETAIL. It is set up so that you can never get out of it. I hate that I had to leave one star. I haven't had to leave many bad reviews. However, this is important that I leave this review. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! AND RUNNNNN and fast as you can. This will not be the only place that I leave a review. Anywhere that I can leave it I will. My husband and I stayed at one of there properties for three years.
