Lessee beware!!! I rented a house in Norman through another management company that went belly up and the owners sought out the services of Oneprop. While there were never any issues while living there and paying rent, it is quite a different story trying to get them to release my deposit. After waiting a month from my move out date, I received a move out calculation sheet in which their is a list of trumped up charges to the tune of $1,615.
