The trouble began within about two weeks after moving in August of 2015, The AC motor went out on a Friday night, I called that night, twice on Saturday, and twice on Sunday and I received the same response of them stating they would be getting a repair man out there that day. It wasn't till Monday I received the call back from the manager saying he was out of town and he would resolve it.
