been calling but no one ever answers i’ve called 5 different days horrible service. if they do answer they put you on hold.
This place has been absolutely horrible to work with ever since Dr. Zaki left. My wife has been trying to get a prescription filled for over a week. When she calls, no one ever answers or they hang up on her once she asks to refill a prescription. Now, she is going to have to go an unnecessary in person appointment just to speak with people to try to find a solution.
Don't waste your time going here, this brand is obviously mismanaged. After Dr Zaki left, this place absolutely fell apart. IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of, eventually they just started hanging up on me and blocking my number. Now I am left without medication for 8 days.
I was in the waiting room, the phone was ringing non-stop, the secretaries were Talking to each other and not answering the phone, it's a shame this place has this problem I believe that doctors do not know what secretaries do outside, every time we call for medicine, they do not answer. Someone needs to do something about them.
