I had the best experience at OneMain Financial's Columbia, TN office doing something somewhat uncomfortable. Sonia was the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable loan officer I've ever dealt with. She gets 5 out of 5 stars!! She put my mind at ease over things I was anxious about in the process, and made me feel very taken care of.
Faith was excellent. Ashley the manager was great too. Thanks for helping me.
