These people make you jump through all these hoops give you false hope just to either give you a loan with outrageous rates or not even give you the loan at all. It’s truly not worth getting a loan with them at all

Hello, Today my mother who has been a customer for more than 8 years called to inquire about her account that was recently paid off. Unfortunately the person who was helping, hung up on her. She is elderly and hard at hearing. I will seek further contact to speak to someone from the branch who can assist my mother in a professional manner. Not professional business practice in my opinion.
