Have had a acct for a few years & wanted to refinance. The rep. I worked with was super nice & was able to pay off the 1st loan & get me another loan which allowed me to pay off some high balance cards. Saved me quite a bit of money each month.

On Credit Karma said approved for $20K. Then I am told I can only get like $16K. Mind you I have been doing business with them for 6 or 7 years and never late with any payments. So I can definitely say loyalty means nothing to them.
