Talked to Karen on the phone today. Talked to a gentleman yesterday and he was kind and polite. Karen was terrible. Really rude. I don't care that I didn't get approved. There are soft skills lacking in that particular worker.
Doug at the Winchester location was great to work with. He made the process very simple and he was very friendly!
From beginning to end, my experience was straight forward, professional, and was handled exceptionally well.
