Unprofessional staff that gives you wrong misleading or inaccurate information if they are paying your vehicle loan good luck if your bank gets the payment, they mail it out with no tracking, and they won't cancel the check until 30 days meanwhile your car payment will be late your credit score will go down. Never in my personal financial experience have any loan company inquire so much about you to the point of making you feel extremely uncomfortable. I followed the instructions prompted by the application: linked my bank account, provided income evidence for the last 12 months, sent government ID, stated loan intent, and signed all pre-disclosures.
