Unprofessional staff that gives you wrong misleading or inaccurate information if they are paying your vehicle loan good luck if your bank gets the payment, they mail it out with no tracking, and they won't cancel the check until 30 days meanwhile your car payment will be late your credit score will go down. They don't care about your credit. You are a number for them and be aware of the 34% or more APR !!!! way more than credit cards.
