One main financial gave me a loan when no conventional bank would. I paid a higher interest rate but I paid the loan off early and my credit score went up. The staff was friendly and easy to work with.
I do not recommend this company. I have a current loan with them and have scheduled payments but every single time take the money out of my account 1-2 days before the date agreed. I just woke up to the same thing today. I am very disappointed with their service.
Hello, I was approved for a loan application on 07/12/2013 and scheduled to come sign papers on Tuesday July 16th at the Latham office at 5 PM with Ginny but got a call from Ginny an employee in the Latham branch stating she now needed more info from me after approving the application process 3 days earlier she made it very clear that I was well enough qualified for this loan and now things have changed signifigantly. This branch customer Services is extremely unprofessional. My loan was approved a week and half ago. I was told to bring in the wrong documents by the loan officer. I was then told faxed the correct documents and I did. The loan officer said she would call back to confirmed the faxed. Never got the return call back. When I then called and spoke with a different loan officer she than confirmed the receipt of the fax but said the person that i was working with will be on leave for a week.
Great place. They helped me out in time of need. Cant thank them enough.
