I have a secure loan (my car) and told them I couldn't make my payment this month because my sister was in the Bahamas during the Hurricane. I asked under the circumstances could I skip ome payment . Reply if I couldn't make payment at least half they would have no choice but to take action on my car as of this date my payment is one day late. I got a loan from them and they were really nice at first. *****Warning, don't try and pay it off early!!!***** I refinanced my house and wanted to pay off my loan. They sent me a letter and gave me a pay off amount. I forwarded that amount to my lender and they took the correct steps to pay it off...as per One main's instructions....we called it a day. Because one main had us send it to a lock box, the Lower Burrell Branch did not get the payment till 4 days after the pay off date. The check however was dated for the date... read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..TERRIBLE LIARS. BEWARE. BEWARE...I wouldn't recommend this place to my WORST enemy. they hit you with a whopping 27.77% interest rate then.. THEN.. jack it up to 28.87% if you don't buy their life insurance and auto hazard insurance. they NEVER tell you that you only get the rate of 27.77 if and only if you buy their insurances. THEN THEY WANT YOU TO ROLL YOU AUTO LOAN INTO THEUIR LOAN. WHY WOULD I SWITCH A 7% LOAN INTO A 27.77% LOAN?? they lie to you, change the rates on the approval form and hope you d... read more

I am very happy. The ladies working there are amazingly helpful and very friendly. I have struggled with a high interest credit card for way too long that never goes down. I was able to get a loan to completely wipe that out with payments I can afford. They went over all my options for insurance for my loan. They were very thourough and respectful. I wish I would have done this sooner. I highly recommend.

I have to say there are some places you would have liked to do business others you don't care about,this is one of them. I will not,won't even consider, will never do business with this company period!
