You could improve by providing a link where one can find the payoff amount. Also, you could ask your employees to read and respond to emails sent to them. It is frustrating that you are all there when money is to be borrowed, but no where to be found if a client wants to pay off their loan. That's simply bad business. I would not recommend One Main. They have interests rates WAY to high and are unreachable.
