You are practicing deceptive business and customers who dare to question your tactics are called rude by your managers and hung up on. When I saw that my balance was not reduced much despite not missing a payment and sometimes doubling it, I call the Roswell branch and was told I signed on for $499 in added insurance. What? I explained it must have been an oversight and asked to remove it.
