Never in my life of working in the public for years have I seen or been treated as rudely as I was this morning. I took my mother in and was there to help her understand some things. I was nice and polite. Was trying to be nice to a gal working and assisting my mother and her snappy attitude and hateful demeanor was horrible. I actually had to get up and walk out. Terrible customer service just from the one. The other gal has always been great with us. I have a hard time understanding this.
