How can you even work with a company that never answers their phones? Have called multiple times for help and have never had them answer in their Orem office.
Eh. They are what they are. Bummer you get pre approved and feel like you see the light at the end of the tunnel just for them to pull your credit TWICE and deny you. Just know pre-approved will not get you the loan and you risk getting ur credit hit hard and then denied. So just caution for whoever tries next. Employees are nice. Nothing on them. If the girl could I know she would of! But thanks anyways! :)
Very good experience with one main financial
This is the worse company to work with. They call consistently asking for more information even through they have everything to approve or deny. They also had no regards to someone going through cancer treatments and insisting they go into an office. Do not use this company.
