These people are impossible to reach at any given time. Anytime you call the number all you ever get is a busy signal. I've been trying to call them for 2 days!
Me and my girlfriend got a loan with them and it went pretty well. Then we got a second loan with them, James said second loan paid off the first loan and gave us a some cash for bills. The payment for the first loan was coming out of my account in 2 days. James told me it wasn't supposed to and when it did, to come in and get a refund. Because the second loan that I had got had already paid off all the first loan. So there was no need for the payment to come out but he couldn't stop it.
