I can't say all of my experience has been terrible. But when I started doing business with their Olivebranch location and dealing with the Manager Maggie it had always been difficult. You make a statement and she turns it around and use it for reason to not give you the loan . Even though it has been approved and you have done business with them for several years and have paid off loans with the company. She is very rude
I applied for a loan through Credit Karma and received approval from One Main Financial. A representative, whose name I cannot recall, contacted me to gather additional information. Regrettably, I accidentally provided an incorrect digit in my Social Security number, leading her to promptly deny my loan application due to security concerns.
