I really enjoy the group fitness at Windermere. I have to put in a good word for Kristie's Hi/Lo or Freestyle kickboxing class on Thursday at 9:30. Such a great cardio workout!! It is actually a better cardio workout than the Les Mills kickboxing.
Wonderful place with great trainers until you need decent customer service. Good luck trying to cancel without incurring additional costs. Horrible business practices. Inept financial company running them.
I wish this location had a swimming pool ! There's no pool near by and one has to drive at least 6 miles for a pool......bring us a swimming pool please.....
Those members who really want a workout. Take the new release RPM class. Burned 950cal. Awesome class and second time taking it. Thanks Michele. Great class great ride.
