Excellent gym amenities and staff! James at the Sterling location helped me sign up and when I injured my shoulderfrom a non-gym related incident, he helped me freeze my account and personal training sessions for future use!
I’ve been training with Dakota Crim for 9 months now. He has been nothing short of impressive! So far I’ve lost 35 lbs. and packed on 5 lbs. of solid muscle. He really knows his stuff!! Dakota teaches you the mechanics of the exercises in a way that really burns body fat fast and builds noticeable definition. He is extremely patient, understanding, and has a demeanor that is exceptionally pleasant to work with. I recommend his services to anyone regardless of their level of experience. Trust me – you won’t be disappointed!!
The xlub is supper nice, the staff are very helpful, and equipped almost always available. James in particular is always willing to help and light your day. 4 stars all around.
Absolutely love it! Specifically James he is the best! If you join the gym this is the guy you have to talk to!
