I love my time spent at Onelife Fitness. Monday and Wednesday I get trained by Nicole Babb, a very diligent and enthusiastic young girl, who knows what she is doing and takes pride in doing it. And the other days I go there for Zumba with a couple instructors however I enjoy Claudia Buckler's session.
What stands out is the discipline of most members. People re-rack weights and wipe machines more often than I expected. I usually train early afternoon, so it’s quieter and easier to focus. Locker space is okay but feels cramped when two people are changing at the same time. Still, it doesn’t interrupt my routine, so I keep coming regularly.
Gym is usually crowded ɗuring popular hours but it is a nice size with a basketball court and large class area. Good variety of machines.
