It offers many different classes. It is very clean and the front desk people are very friendly. I like the diversity of the clients. The instructors are excellent!
Excellent facility with a nice locker room. Equipment is well maintained and orderly. Now the trainers: Joe Helein and Koko are hands down the best trainers there. Joe will murder your body and mold it into what you’ve always wanted it to be. Koko is amazing as well, though I’ve only had a single session with her. They will both make sure your form is correct before adding more weight.
I have been a member at skyline Sport&health since 2007. I have hesitated moving away or further out because I do not want to switch my gym. That's how much I love it. I love the group exercise the staff and my kids have been in their tennis Academy for the past four years and they are loving it too!
Great facility in all aspects. I look forward to using the Skyline facility as the equipment, staff and cleanliness is top notch.
