SCAM/FRAUD!!!!!!!! So disappointed that after following the protocol to cancel membership yet they continued to charge the membership to my bank account every month. This is unacceptable!!!! Hidden fees everywhere and They are also refusing to reimburse me. Im not sure where is the disconnect. Very unhappy with my experience, not recommending to anyone!

Very disappointed in the customer service during Covid. We are fine with paying monthly even while gym was closed, but to hit our account with an unexpected $120 in fees for 'equipment upgrades' with no notice.. and at a time when we haven't even been back to the gym in months due to Covid, on top of our monthly.. is TERRIBLE customer service. RecommendedLove the classes, variety of equipment, personal trainers, and staff. They are there to help you meet your health goals safely. They motivate you and push you to be your best as well. I am not a self starter, so the extra push from the trainers and class teachers have been a godsend!
