Great gym. Lots of excellent classes, clean and friendly.
Thanks for having me! I was a visitor, and didn't know what type of gym it was! It had everything I needed to make sure I get my training in while here from Tampa visiting my family! My son and daughter in law told me that it is an awesome gym, and they were right! I was really impressed! Great facility! I love that there is an area just for kids! My grand daughters love it! No excuse not to workout! Staff is great, facility is clean, and you can rest assure that I will be back! Thanks again!
I understand that substitute instructors are necessary from time to time. However, the substitute for the flow yoga class this evening wasn't a yoga instructor. I heard her say she didn't know what flow yoga was. She apparently taught the Les Mills Body Flow. I didn't stay too long. It would be helpful if there was a process to announce substitute instructors (I understand that this may not always be possible either).
