I was so excited to attend class after a terrible day at work. But was greeted with a rude, judgmental lady. I was not prepared with grip socks so I had asked which ones were the cheapest. After silence and hesitation, the lady showed me the cheapest socks. I was asked for credit card, and I know I should have it on me, but am so used to using apple pay I was without a wallet on me as my house was a 5 minute drive. I’ve heard great things about this location, which made me excited know more. Unfortunately, the customer service didn’t reflect the reputation. The staff came off as unhelpful, impatient, and rude, which was disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
