I’ve heard great things about this location, which made me excited know more. Unfortunately, the customer service didn’t reflect the reputation. The staff came off as unhelpful, impatient, and rude, which was disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
Poor customer service!!
I just called and had a really disappointing experience. The girl who answered was incredibly rude and didn’t even bother to introduce herself. This is my first time trying Pilates and this studio and unfortunately, it’s already left a bad impression. I politely asked about switching class times, and when I mentioned I booked through ClassPass, she immediately cut me off with a condescending tone and told me to contact them instead. The receptionist was rude. My friend and I called to ask a question regarding a scheduled class we wanted to change. I understand the studio cannot make adjustments for the class that was scheduled in the app. Other studios don’t mind swapping class times if they have availability, but okay- our mistake for simply asking. This is clearly a common question since the receptionist was so frustrated by it.
