My fav Pilates studio in Dallas!! My body completely changed for the better. Try to take Chloe’s class or Skylar’s they are both the best of the best!! Jasmine is also amazing.

Dirty machines, inexperienced instructors which speak in a very monotone voice and have no tendency to check for form. Queuing was horrible and you would find the entire class lost between adjusting spring counts and getting into each movement. I’ve done many lagree classes in the past four years and this was one of the worst classes I’ve taken. A shame since the studio itself is very nice.

Susanne was great! Pilates can be really intimidating, especially Lagree but she made it accessible with modifications for me postpartum and helped us all slow down and make the most of each move.

I haven’t done lagree in years and boy am I glad I went back! Sarah’s class was amazing. Super hard without feeling overwhelmed. Great flow and immaculate vibes.
