I wish I can give a zero, the broker has a very nasty attitude, I’ve been trying to contact a agent by Lucien Saintfort about a property… Usually it’s a office number and cell number you can reach but in this situation the Cell and office number was the same.. After reaching out to that number for more then 5 times someone finally answered my call, I got a really bad attitude from the person through the phone not knowing who it was, so I let the person on the line know who I’m trying reach and for what reason, then he respon... read more
Called and spoke to Kashif Siddiqui. Asked to see a recent listing at 55 Lefferts Ave, East Northport, he first tells me he can only show the property until 5 pm. Then says if I have my buyer to which I state I am the buyer and will use you as my agent. He then says he’s too busy to show the property and I can just go to the open house or see it in the morning. Was real nasty and didn’t make sense considering I was asking for him to be my agent. Stay away from this scammer.
THEY LISTED MY HOUSE AND THEN REMOVED THE LISTING - I AM THE OWNER AND IF YOU DON NOT REMOVE THIS INFORMATION FROM THE INTERNET IMMEDIATELY I AM CALLING AND WRITING New York State Department of Licensing AND FILING CHARGES - I HAVE NEVER EVEN HEARD OF YOU LIARS AND WOULD NEVER EVER LIST WITH YOU - I AM NOT EVEN THINKING OF SELLING MY HOUSE
