Tabitha, dental assistant, is unprofessional and a poor provider. I went in for a crown fitting, she left the cord around my tooth and days later my tooth became infected and now I need a root canal. She proceeded to talk about her personal life with the dentist throughout my visit (unprofessional). Not sure rules on aspetic technique vs sterile with dentistry, but if Tabitha were to be graded, she used nothing but dirty technique.
Mark is a great hygienist . Always attentive and makes coming to the dentist enjoyable!
I truly do not even mind going to the dentist here. I have had good experiences time after time, with helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The staff and dentists answer my questions patiently and thoroughly. 10/10 experience which definitely isn't always the case with dentist visits everywhere!
The staff is friendly and appointments run on time. Dr. Matthew Moen is professional and very good at his work.
