Went in for my routine cleaning today that was scheduled back in May and was told due to my plan I maxed out from the crown I had put on and they wouldn't cover. Mind you I live 30mins away and had wanted them to look at said crown because I'm still having sensitivity issues from 5 months ago. Never got a call explaining this but had gotten 5 reminders of appt through text and email.
